Job Description

• Moderate and Quality Check Customer Reviews on a daily basis in order to improve the content quality and health onsite.
• To ensure that they are moderating reviews with an increased pace in order to reduce the daily backlog that’s impacted real-time
• To ensure moderation accuracy and reduce erroneous content from going online in order to keep the reviews as valid as possible
• Report to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Able to work with patience, integrity & curiosity in order to carry out the job well.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates (Business grad with 0-6 month exp)
• Excellent reading skills (logic & critical thinking skills are a plus)
• Excellent communication and contingency skills
• Understanding of MS office
• Patience, integrity & curiosity.
