Job Description

Manage end-to-end inventory operations to ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.

Optimize storage methods and space utilization across silos, cold storage, and warehouses.

Implement data-driven controls to improve stock accuracy and reduce carrying costs.

Utilize SAP or other digital tools for real-time inventory monitoring and reporting.

Identify patterns leading to inventory damage, expiry, or obsolescence and implement preventive solutions.

Oversee efficient and cost-effective dispatch of vehicles, ensuring timely movement of goods.

Handle damaged or expired stock by performing root cause analysis and applying corrective actions.

Conduct regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process enhancement, space optimization, and team development.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of inventory systems, SAP, or other ERP tools.

Experience managing storage facilities such as silos, cold stores, and large warehouses.

Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational timelines.
-
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
