Job Description

Manage the end-to-end import process from order placement to delivery.
Proactively coordinate with the suppliers and ensure the timely handover of goods as per the offer ex-factory
Flag delays or discrepancies early with seniors immediately
Inform the team about actual vs. expected lead times in advance
Coordination with freight forwarders, negotiate freight, shipping lines, and customs agents

Job Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•   Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/export-import/supply chain.
•   Strong understanding of Incoterms, freight quotation processes, and shipment documentation.
•   Excellent communication skills in English & Nepali.
•   Knowledge of Import related documentation.
•   Proficient in MS Excel and ERP System.
•   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
