Job Description

Oversee daily hub operations, including parcel sorting, dispatch, and deliveries.
Ensure smooth coordination between delivery teams and transport partners.
Monitor shipment tracking, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards.
Train and supervise hub staff for improved performance.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely parcel deliveries.
Prepare reports on hub performance and logistics data.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor final year running/passed in any field
Experience: At least one year experience in the related field
In-depth knowledge of the city
Basic computer skills including MS-Office /G-suite
Good communication skills.
Should have a two -wheeler license (If not, candidate shall acquire within 2 months of selection)
