Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify hiring needs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Support HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
  • Travel as required for recruitment and coordination purposes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Running or Completed) in Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to travel when required
  • Must have a valid two-wheeler license
