Job Description

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and office communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Support management with administrative reports and tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (completed or running)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
