Job Description
- Assist in inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of vehicles
- Support senior engineers in technical operations and service activities
- Coordinate with customers to understand service requirements and preferences
- Maintain proper documentation and service records
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Office tools for reporting and tracking
- Stay updated on national and international automobile industry trends
- Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic technical knowledge of automobile systems and servicing
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
- Understanding of customer preferences and industry trends
- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities efficiently
