Job Description
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the brand narrative to reflect trust, value, and sustainability across all customer touchpoints.
• Integrated Campaigns: Lead 360° marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
• Digital & App Marketing: Drive mobile app adoption, loyalty integration, and personalized promotions through data-driven digital strategies.
• Customer Insights & Analytics: Leverage customer data to inform segmentation, campaign targeting, and product positioning.
• Retail Promotions & Trade Marketing: Collaborate with category and operations teams to deliver high-impact, cost-effective in-store promotions.
• Sustainability & Community Engagement: Embed sustainability messaging and community initiatives into brand storytelling and campaigns.
• Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and manage agency/vendor relationships with efficiency and accountability.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years in retail marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in multi-channel marketing, brand building, and team leadership
• Strong grasp of digital tools (CRM, analytics platforms, CMS, mobile marketing)
• Experience in value-driven retail or FMCG environments is highly desirable
