Job Description

Monitor and control F&B costs by analyzing daily revenue and consumption reports.

Prepare cost variance reports and recommend corrective actions to management.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Review and verify F&B purchase requisitions, invoices, and receiving reports.

Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and policies.

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize menu costing and portion control.

Ensure compliance with internal control standards and financial regulations.

Prepare monthly and annual cost reports for management review.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance,or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B cost control within the hospitality Industry (hotels/restaurants)
- Strong analytical & numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of menu, costing, and food & beverage operations.
