Job Description

  • Monitor and control F&B costs by analyzing daily revenue and consumption reports.

  • Prepare cost variance reports and recommend corrective actions to management.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

  • Review and verify F&B purchase requisitions, invoices, and receiving reports.

  • Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and policies.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize menu costing and portion control.

  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards and financial regulations.

  • Prepare monthly and annual cost reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance,or Hospitality Management 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B cost control within the hospitality Industry (hotels/restaurants)  
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of menu, costing, and food & beverage operations.
