Job Description
- Supervise daily operations in a manufacturing or dairy processing plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
- Lead and train production staff for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or dairy processing
- Leadership, problem-solving, knowledge of GMP/HACCP
- MS Office, ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication and team management skills
