Job Description
- Identifying potential customers, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and detailing the Zydus Wellness products and services to them.
- Organizing and attending scientific meetings, conferences, and Camps to promote the company's products and network with potential customers.
- Providing information and education about the company's products to healthcare professionals.
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of the company's products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs/KBLs to ensure their continued support and increase sales opportunities.
- Collecting and analysing market data, competitor information, and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations to the company.
- Ensure to deliver of 100% KPIs on coverage, business, and product penetration to Expert mapped Pharmacy.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into insights. Regular feedback about competitors to the ZW team.
- Collaborating with Sales team members (DSR/SO), to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions (Prescriber List), and sales activities (ROI Tracker post any activity).
- Achieving Prescriber & Rx targets and objectives set by the company.
Job Requirements
- Age not more than 30 years old. Must be a native of the respective headquarters.
- Candidates must be a graduates and have experience in doctor detailing.
- Must have own bike and valid driving license
- In the case of a fresher, the candidate must be a science graduate (B.Sc or B. Pharma) no D. Pharma or B. Tech graduates or commerce/arts graduates will be considered.
