Job Description
Operational Support:
- Assist in ensuring seamless operations and performance optimization in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive improvements.
Sales Assistance:
- Support sales efforts to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities, analyzing trends, and optimizing sales strategies.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and customers.
- Address vendor inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track performance metrics and key indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Adaptability & Collaboration:
- Adapt to diverse cultural landscapes and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage teamwork and communication skills to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating strong operational and sales support skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for excellence.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
