Documentation Assistant

Job Description

• Prepare, review, and manage company documents, reports, and records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document approvals and updates.
• Assist in data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
• Handle correspondence and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in documentation or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
