Job Description
- Develop and implement sale & marketing strategies, activity plan to achieve company volume & sales target.
- Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines, coaching and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance.
- Analyze daily sales, marketing activities and follow up with respective team members.
- Develop new sales & marketing Channels and act as business development to create new sales, join promotion and corporate sale.
- Manage design, marketing agencies and supplier to right quality marketing materials.
- Develop & implement advertising and promotion proposals.
- Build strong good relationship with marketing agencies, media.
- Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review.
- Build good relationship with customers and agencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- At least 4-5 years experience in Sale & Marketing (FMCG) field.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets.
- Computer Office Literature (Microsoft Office, Internet & Email, etc)
- Fast learned, Dynamic, Team spirit, Flexible, Solving problem skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal and follow up skills.
- Honest and good commitment to achieve the target.
