Job Description

Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve business objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive growth.

Monitor regional performance, set targets, and provide support for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.

Ensure efficient use of sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting mechanisms.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in FMCG, Electronics, or Home Appliance industry.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams.

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
