Basic Information
Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day dealership operations and coordination
- Support and monitor sales activities to achieve assigned targets
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Coordinate between sales, service, and management teams
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution
- Prepare and maintain sales and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector
- Prior experience as Dealer Incharge or similar dealership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Professional attitude and leadership qualities
