Job Description

  • Handle customer interactions and provide timely resolutions to queries and concerns

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and support

  • Use CRM tools to manage customer data and track communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor in all customer-facing activities

  • Meet deadlines and handle pressure while maintaining service quality

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Relation Executive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
