Country Sales Manager

Job Description

• Drive business all over Nepal for Sanitary Pads, Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, Balm & Cough Cold Range of products.
• Responsible to drive business for entire Nepal and would be responsible for driving business with target and simultaneous collections.
• Sales persons for Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nepalganj and Butwal area.
• Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
• Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
• Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/ master's degree in business administration, management or a related field
• At least 7-8 years of experience in cosmetics products...
• A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Good people-management skills.
