Job Description
- Assist the Client Service Manager in day-to-day client communication and coordination.
- Maintain & update work/project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Prepare & share meeting notes,client briefs,reports & presentations when required.
- Support in developing proposals, quotations,documentation for campaigns and projects.
- Monitor ongoing projects and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely output.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Client Service Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR Above in Marketing, Business Administration,Communications or
- a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
