Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes
- Follow up with potential leads and support conversion activities
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support operations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or Call Center role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and computer applications
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets/deadlines
- Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills
- Team-oriented and professional work ethic
