Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes
  • Follow up with potential leads and support conversion activities
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support operations
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or Call Center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and computer applications
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets/deadlines
  • Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills
  • Team-oriented and professional work ethic
