Business Incubation Manager

Job Description

• Startup Identification and Selection:
• Conduct thorough assessments of potential startups in the urban tech sector.
• Evaluate business plans, market potential, and founding teams to identify high-potential ventures.
• Incubation Program Management:
• Develop and implement effective incubation programs tailored to the needs of each startup.
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to entrepreneurs to facilitate their business growth.
• Resource Mobilization:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources, including funding, mentor networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Networking and Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain a strong network within the urban tech ecosystem, including industry experts, investors, and relevant organizations.
• Facilitate connections between startups and potential collaborators, mentors, and investors.
• Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the progress of startups within the incubation program.
• Provide timely feedback and pivot strategies as needed to ensure the success of the incubated companies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in developing a startup from inception or providing comprehensive support to early-stage companies.
In-depth knowledge of the urban tech sector and emerging technologies.
Strong network within the startup ecosystem, including access to potential investors, mentors, and industry experts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
