oHands-on experience in developing agri-products like pesticides,fertilizers and seeds.
oKnowledge of soil nutrition,crop requirements and suitable remedies for pests,diseases and weeds.
oAbility to innovate and improve and add on to the existing product lines so that we have all the required offer to the farmers.

oManage relationships with suppliers, vendors and distributors.
oEnsure timely procurement plan so as to have all the required product available for farmers.
????.???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????? ????????????????????????:
oDevelop and expand the existing sales network across Nepal.
oIdentify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
????.???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????:
oIn-depth understanding of Nepal’s topography and suitable seed varieties for different regions.
oProvide agronomic advice and solutions to farmers for better yield and pest/disease management.
????.???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????:
oWork closely with farmers to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
oConduct training and awareness programs on best farming practices.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related field.

-Minimum 5 years in agri-business, with expertise in pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and farm solutions.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders,including farmers,dealers and government bodies.
oLead and mentor the sales and technical team to achieve business goals.
