Job Description
- Hands-on experience in agri-products development or agronomy-related field
- Strong understanding of Nepal’s agricultural landscape and crop varieties
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel and work closely with farmers
- Ability to innovate and contribute to business growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in agri-business, with expertise in pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and farm solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including farmers,dealers, and government bodies.
- Lead and mentor the sales and technical team to achieve business goals.
