Job Description
- Lead overall business operations and drive growth strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

- Manage and mentor department heads, ensuring team alignment with goals.

Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's/ Master's degree complete
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in automotive industry.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of the automobile market, supply chain, and customer base.
- Financial acumen, with experience in managing large budgets and P & L.
