Job Description

Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Supervise and motivate branch staff; ensure team alignment with company goals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare reports on sales, operations, and performance metrics for senior management.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree graduates
- Experience: 5- 7 years of working experience in the Heavy Equipment/Automobile sector.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and branch operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
