Bottling Manager

Job Description

• Planning of work process and quality assurance measures
• Plan and define work steps and procedures according to functional, organizational, technical, legal, economic criteria as well as according to manufacturer specifications 
• Create production planning and schedules so as to ensure that production targets are met 
• Apply subject-related legislation to ensure smooth functioning of the bottling process
• Determine the need for raw materials, auxiliaries, equipment and operation agents for operation of bottling hall 
• Accept, inspect, store and supply raw materials, auxiliaries, and equipment for operation of bottling section . 
• Check and maintain stock levels of recommended spares from the supplies and accordingly analyze and interpret data
• Accept, inspect, store and provide packaging materials for bottles . 
• Maintenance, control regulation & Technical infrastructure
• Perform mechanical maintenance on machinery and equipment to avoid break downs of the machine 
• Ensure maintenance of pumps and valves 
• Maintain turbidity, CO2 and 02 levels within product specifications . 
• Calibrate measuring equipment, define and document parameters for measuring and control equipment
• Parameterize programmable logic control systems and check functional sequences . Prepare bottling manuals, SOP's, working Instructions, hygiene checklist and other required documents as require
• Monitor and record the parameters maintained inside the packaging operations on daily basis to ensure the product quality
• Record fault messages, interrogate users about faults, suggest solutions

Job Requirements

•  Master's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering or any relevant education.
•  At least two years of relevant experience.Preference shall be given to the candidate with experience in ISO certified organization.
