Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and sales strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
