Job Description
- Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Train and monitor new and working sales team members.
- moniter the need of new training and techniques for team member.
- Maintain good communication among clients and identify their needs.
- Take costumer compalints and wokout on it.
- Research on upcoming market trends and upgrade company product according to it.
- Prepare progress report and submit to the head of department.
- Insure company ploicies and terms properly by employees with in a company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 2-3 years work experience in relative field espicelly in Auto mobiles and 4 Wheeler
- Working experience in financial and customer service.
- Must have sound knowledge of MS office Packages.
- Must have leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent Communication Skill and attractive personality.
- Flexible with work shifts
- Two Wheeler Compulsory
