Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Drive disbursement, profitability, and portfolio growth as per business targets.

• Lead regional teams and monitor sales, collection, and overall performance.

• Build and manage dealer/sub-dealer partnerships to expand market reach.

• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency.

• Oversee recovery performance and maintain strong NPA control.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.

• Mentor and develop high-performing regional teams.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred)

•Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or vehicle financing.

•Proven track record in sales growth,team management and recovery performance.

•Strong knowledge of loan operations, credit assessment and field collections

•Strong leadership and team motivation skills

•Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability

•Excellent communication,negotiation and relationship management skills.

•Deep understanding of the two-wheeler financing ecosystem.

•Tech-savvy with experience in loan management systems and MIS reporting

•Integrity,resilience and results orientation
