Job Description
- Manage the complete office setup and HR operations.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with Nepal labor laws and regulations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, payroll processes, and performance management systems.
- Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or corporate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in office setup and HR process management is preferred.
