Job Description
- Collaborating with Sales Head and CEO to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Setting annual and monthly sales and collection target and reviewing it continuously against the goals meet.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Analyzing the dealer satisfaction in terms of the marketing strategy employment, financial strength and timely disbursement.
- Assessing new ways to minimize product damages from mishandling and transactional damages as well as market damage.
- Conducting in house training and orientation for the sales team.
- Maximum utilization of office vehicles in the dealer point.
- Able to handle near expiry goods.
- Able to collect dealer payment in time.
- Able to analyze competitor’s activities.
- Able to manage and have to capacity to sell fresh unsold stock of company as well as dealer’s stock.
- Able to prepare and implement of organ gram.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- In order to maximize sales revenue and meet dealer wise sales target.
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short term.
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meeting.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Evaluating the product capacity and analyzing the demand to identify prospect market.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team closely and conducting team huddle to review the target, identify bottleneck and resolve issues in the sales team.
- Evaluating resource need and coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment.
Job Requirements

- Must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the FMCG industry.
- Must be a good leader who can think strategically, make informed decisions, and mentor and motivate the team members.
- Must have great communication skills and ability to build a strong network.
- Must be good with using Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Prefer to HoReCa Experience at least 5 Years’ experience.
