Job Description

  • Collaborating with Sales Head and CEO to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Setting annual and monthly sales and collection target and reviewing it continuously against the goals meet.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Analyzing the dealer satisfaction in terms of the marketing strategy employment, financial strength and timely disbursement.
  •  Assessing new ways to minimize product damages from mishandling and transactional damages as well as market damage.
  • Conducting in house training and orientation for the sales team.
  • Maximum utilization of office vehicles in the dealer point.
  • Able to handle near expiry goods.
  • Able to collect dealer payment in time.
  • Able to analyze competitor’s activities.
  • Able to manage and have to capacity to sell fresh unsold stock of company as well as dealer’s stock.
  •  Able to prepare and implement of organ gram.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • In order to maximize sales revenue and meet dealer wise sales target.
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short term.
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meeting.
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Evaluating the product capacity and analyzing the demand to identify prospect market.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team closely and conducting team huddle to review the target, identify bottleneck and resolve issues in the sales team.
  • Evaluating resource need and coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment.

  •  Must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the FMCG industry.

  • Must have great communication skills and ability to build a strong network.
  • Must be good with using Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Prefer to HoReCa Experience at least 5 Years’ experience.
