Job Description

Prepare the monthly, and weekly sales plans & programs for the respective sales zone in close coordination with the brand and high-end sales team
Develop a robust plan to drive the overall market share of the territory · Prepare distribution and manpower planning for the respective zone taking into consideration volume, geography, and outlets covered.
Prepare tour plan for the month
Maintain Distributor Floor Stock and Inventory management.
Credit Management of Distributors.
Monitor distributor KPI/ coverage plan effectiveness.
Identify new avenues for growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Master running in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience of 5 years in a related field.
Must be willing to travel anywhere.Can be placed anywhere in Nepal
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
