Job Description

Prepare and Submit the weekly and monthly sales plan to set and achieve the sales target
Monitor the performance of sales team and distributors
Propose, implement and evaluate schemes as per the guidelines
Ensure availability of products at right place
Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
Prepare and submit the daily reports of distributors sales & scheme effectiveness
Maintain relation with dealer in charge, wholesalers and representatives of allocated area
Measure distributors and staff performance according to set standards

Job Requirements

Candidate specialization in Marketing will be preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related stream with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Liquor Industries
In case of master's Degree in related stream with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Liquor Industries.
Good communication skills
Ability to manage teams
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets
Problem solving skills
