- Prepare and Submit the weekly and monthly sales plan to set and achieve the sales target
- Monitor the performance of sales team and distributors
- Propose, implement and evaluate schemes as per the guidelines
- Ensure availability of products at right place
- Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
- Prepare and submit the daily reports of distributors sales & scheme effectiveness
- Maintain relation with dealer in charge, wholesalers and representatives of allocated area
- Measure distributors and staff performance according to set standards
- Candidate specialization in Marketing will be preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in related stream with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Liquor Industries
- In case of master's Degree in related stream with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Liquor Industries.
