Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and expand the client base, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize sales efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Lead sales teams (if applicable) and coordinate sales activities within the assigned area.
Job Requirements
- MBA or a degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, structural, or architectural) or an equivalent qualification.
- 6-10 years of proven experience in sales, sales management, or corporate roles related to engineering products or services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data, interpret trends, and implement actionable strategies.
- Valid two-wheeler license and the ability to travel as required.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to achieve business objectives.
