Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and monitor sales teams, distributors, and retailers within the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analyses.

Ensure timely collections, order processing, and proper inventory management.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a similar managerial or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
-
In-depth knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.
-
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic action plans.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
-
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
