Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
Develop strategic sales plans and execute marketing initiatives to increase market share.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and suggest actionable strategies.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong product visibility and branding.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and report to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
3-4 years of experience in the paints, construction, FMCG industry.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in paint manufacturing companies.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Innovative mindset with the ability to drive sales growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
