Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree garduates preferred
• Must have 6 or more years of experience in sales or a similar role in Similar Industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.   
• Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
