Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and training.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree garduates preferred
- Must have 6 or more years of experience in sales or a similar role in Similar Industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
