Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve area targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Ensure proper execution of sales and marketing strategies within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide actionable insights to management.
• Oversee territory coverage, route planning, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:4-5 years of work experience in Sales of FMCG industry (preferably in an MNC
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
