Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage and motivate a team of TSOs & SMEs.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
• Able to set up team and new Distribution networks.
   

Job Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Province 1 and 2 markets.
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree 
  Experience:  +4 Years of work experience as an ASM 
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to lead and inspire the team.
• Good personality and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Proactive in upgrading the team’s capabilities.
• Very good command in MS Excel & other office packages.
• Valid 2 wheeler license
