Job Description
- Oversee sales operations within a designated area to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience: Ateast 4 years of experience in sales (Must be from Cement, Steels, Paints Industry)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
