Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Oversee sales operations within a designated area to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience: Ateast 4 years of experience in sales (Must be from Cement, Steels, Paints Industry)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
