Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned area
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data
- Provide training and support to the sales team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- Proven 5-6 experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
