Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business & Marketing.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in adhesive, chemical or ply industries
- Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the adhesive industry, including products, market trends & customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
