Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business & Marketing.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in adhesive, chemical or ply industries
Requirements:
Strong understanding of the adhesive industry, including products, market trends & customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
