Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Manage and support a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have 4-5 years in cigarette industry
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, distribution, and market share objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of distributors and retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and influencers within the territory.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability across all sales channels.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
