Area Manager - Showroom Sales Incharge

Job Description

• Achieve sales targets and objectives for all showrooms within the assigned area.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of showrooms, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display.
• Ensure showrooms comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• minimum 3-5 years of experience in four - wheeler industry.
• Mush have two-wheeler & valid driving licence 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
