Basic Information
Job Description
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for all showrooms within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of showrooms, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display.
- Ensure showrooms comply with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in four - wheeler industry.
- Mush have two-wheeler & valid driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
