Basic Information
Job Description

Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

Maintain office records, documents, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs.

Support HR and management in organizing meetings, events, and documentation.

Prepare regular reports related to office administration and submit to management.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree completed or Master’s running (preferred in Management or related field).

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
