Basic Information
Job Description

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.

Assist in basic accounting tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
