Job Description

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
