Job Description

Supervise and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations.
Plan, organize, and monitor vehicle service schedules and workflows.
Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients to address service requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and service resources.
Train and develop service staff to improve skills and efficiency.
Prepare reports on service operations, performance metrics, and improvement plans.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in automobile service management or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Knowledge of automobile systems, maintenance, and service procedures.
