- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate service updates and estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair.
- Process service orders and invoices accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-4 years of experience in the automotive sector.
