- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Help in organizing training programs and company events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in HR field.
- Must have two-wheelerand a valid license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
