Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, exit formalities, and payroll processing.
- Ensure HR processes are executed with accuracy and meet quality standards.
- Foster effective communication within the factory to identify and resolve HR and administrative issues proactively.
- Coordinate with various departments to support overall HR and administrative functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup.
- Sound knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee exit process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and resolve employee issues effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work in Chitwan.
