Operate and monitor syrup preparation and mixing processes

Ensure accurate formulation and quality control of syrups
-
Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance as per SOPs
-
Maintain records of ingredients, batches, and process parameters
-
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: 10th Pass/Diploma Prefered.
- Experience :3-5 years in Beverage industry as a Process Technician
- Experience of beverage industry’s Raw sugar dumping, Syrup Preparation.
- Batch Preparation & its quality parameters as well as CIP, Pasteurizer & Homogenizer operation.
